Items Needed Before You Begin
- An electronic (.DOC, .TXT or .HTML) copy of the resume or CV you wish to attach to your application.
- If you do not have an electronic copy, you will need your complete education and employment history to create a resume in the system using the Resume Creation Wizard.
HELPFUL HINTS:
- Do not use your browser’s “Back, Forward or Refresh” buttons to navigate. This can cause loss of data or system error messages.
- Disable any pop-up blocker software on your computer. This is a common cause of problems with uploading documents.
- Make sure your resume or other documents are saved in a supported file format. The system will currently accept .DOC, .TXT or .HTML formats.
- Supported browsers are: Windows 2000 and XP – Internet Explorer version 7.0. MAC-OSX – Safari version 1.2 and above.
